American Black Cherry Countertops

American Black Cherry's warm tones and intricate, swirling grain patterns blend well with today's trending earth-tone color palette and offers an organic contrast to grays and neutrals.

A light pinkish-brown when freshly cut, the color deepens to a rich medium-brown with time and exposure to light.

Its tight grain provides a naturally even texture and luster, and commonly showcases additional character with its naturally-occurring pitch pockets.

Please keep in mind that organic products will have natural variation, but these variations are normal and add depth and character to the product. Other factors such as age and exposure to light can further alter the appearance of the piece.

Elaborate edge profiles are beautiful, but are a challenge to clean and can be uncomfortable if the space is where your family will gather to eat and do homework. In particular, you may want something simpler if you will be baking and chopping directly on the butcher block.
