Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

We take pride in our top quality handmade craftsmanship and we value our relationship with you. We understand that everyone encounters unforeseen circumstances, and we are always eager to find solutions that reflect that. Order Holds and Storage Fees

We understand that you may be in a hurry to place your order while you await delivery and installation of your cabinets and appliances. If you believe there is any chance that your product dimensions are likely to change, please include a note that your order is pending final measurements, and we will hold off on starting production until you let us know your design is finalized. This will also ensure that you avoid change and cancellation fees.

Completed orders can be held at our facility for up to two weeks before storage fees begin to accrue.

Storage fees accrue at the rate of 2% of the order subtotal per week after the first two weeks and are due prior to order pickup/shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Product changes requested after the order is finalized and before we start production will incur a $25 change order fee per piece, as well as any additional product and shipping costs. Once production has begun, the customer will be responsible for any additional manufacturing costs, which may include scrapping the original piece and restarting production.

Custom orders can be cancelled for up to one week, or until we start production, whichever is sooner. We cannot permit refunds after this time.
