BRILLIANT BUTCHER BLOCK!
Our custom-made butcher block arrived from Armani yesterday and its gorgeous! It's exactly what we ordered, but arrived faster and looks even better than we imagined.
It all starts with choosing the right wood and finishing it to perfection. The traditional favorite for butcher block, Maple is prized for its hardness, which provides an excellent cutting surface that resists wear from daily chopping. Its tight grain structure is also naturally anti-bacterial. Maple's blond color tones range from nearly white to cream, with pink or golden undertones, and consistent, light brown growth rings.

Our process:
We hand select this kiln-dried Maple lumber and custom arrange it to create a beautiful and elegant countertop that will be a perfect centerpiece to show off in your kitchen.
Our End Grain products are crafted in an offset pattern to facilitate the structural integrity of each piece (as opposed to a checkerboard pattern).
Because all of our products are made to order, you can choose between a variety of food-safe and food-grade finish options to suit your intended use.

Island end grain butcher block
We expanded our kitchen island by adding a book case and cookie sheet cabinet. I ordered the 2 inch maple end grain butcher block as a counter top. Works great! I love the added room and can chop my veggies all over the top. It came as promised and is beautiful. Lots of really positive comments from visitors.
End Grain Butcher Block Countertop
We ordered a custom Hard Rock Maple Butcher Block Island counter top from Joe and it is just beautiful. The customer service was perfect and the Butcher Block Island cover ready even before we had expected. It is just superb! The wood actually feels soft and so very smooth. We could not be more pleased. We live in Denver so met Joe and saw his work shop and some other projects he was working on and they were all just fabulous! Thanks Joe - our butcher block island is spectacular and if we move to another home - I am taking it with me!
Custom Butcher Block
I ordered a 3" custom sized end grain hard rock maple butcher block that I am going to make into a table. Joe was great to work with, had no problem making it to my specs and it was shipped and delivered with NO issues. Shipping was included in the price too so no hidden fees either. The finished product is beautiful and better than advertised!
